Third, ensure adequate sleep, as it plays a vital role in overall well-being and longevity. Turn off electronics by 9pm and ready for bed by 10 and wake up at 6am.
Fourth, cultivate mental resilience through mindfulness practices, like stretching or Pilates. Pilates helps me a lot to strengthen my core. How about volunteer with your soup kitchen or local church missions. They say when you help it gives you endorphins and that helps to reduce stress and promote emotional balance.
